Cyber Security Student

I am very ambitious and eager to learn more.
Apart from general IT skills, I have developed excellent communication skills.
Other people describe me as disciplined, charismatic and especially ambitious.
I’m highly skilled at maintaining laser-like focus on individual tasks.
I enjoy educating myself and strive for the best performance, regardless of the field or environment I am working in.

Experience with Linux

Linux is my OS of choice. I just love having full control of my machine and Linux allows me to do that. I’ve been using it since 4 years ago.
I’ve used a variety of distributions (Debian and Arch based). Currently I am using Arch Linux with customized i3wm.
I am good in Bash terminal, because I use it every day.
I can manage processes, permissions, files, format disks or install operating systems, configure firewalls (UFW), etc.

Networking Knowledge

Dealing with servers have taught me a lot of practical aspects of networking.
I have experience with DNS configuration on Linux servers.
I am familiar with TCP, UDP protocols. I can troubleshoot network problems.
I am familiar with use of CURL. I can configure NGINX, FTP, GIT, SSH (with RSA keys) servers.

Cybersecurity skills:

Blue Team Experience

As I previously have mentioned I am familiar with firewalls. I am familiar with file data access right management theory.

Red Team Experience

I have tried ethical hacking in bug bounty programs and CTF challenges.
Mostly I am familiar with IDORs when it comes to web page penetration testing.
I however have better experience in network penetration testing.
I know how to scan for open ports, check software versions with NMAP.
Previously I have performed penetration test of my school network (with permission) and found few vulnerabilities.

Programming Experience

  • I am familiar with Bash and C++.

I say that I am familiar because I used to write code in those languages in the past.
Currently my weapon of choice is Python.
To describe at what level I know Python I will say that if I would see a vulnerability on a website (for example lack of brute force protection), I could forge a request and write a script that would automate attack.

  • Experience with Python Django framework, Flask, Flutter.

  • Currently working with Saleor e-commerce framework (based on TSX).
I was setting and customizing it to suit the needs of my customer.
